“My husband and I purchased piece of land in Vernon Twp in 1981 with the prospects of building on it in the future. We decided to sell it about 5-6 years ago and had it listed with another brokerage. With no results after 2-3 years and having received a flyer from Century21 Geba realty, decided to list with them. I spoke with Gwendolyn and explained the issues that we were having on selling this piece of land. She gave me Gloria's name to,assist with selling it. We had very difficult buyers who put us through the ringer, and she never lost her cool or optimism throughout. 4. “A couple years back we were looking at a house that Pinnacle was marketing. We called a number. Can't rallly remember how we reached Gloria but we did and she came and took us through the house. She asked us if she could take a look at our house which she did that day. She took some pictures. Fast forward about a year and 1/2 later and we're then ready to list our home. We called Gloria beccause of the way she took care of us when we dealt with her the previous time, which never amounted to anything for her. Gloria was knowledgeable in every area. Each time we had a question about anything, she had an answer. She was always available and eager to help in any way she could. She was direct and firm but was kind and considerate. We felt she was always on our side. She also displayed professional confidence in her work and in herself but was never harsh with us. She said what had to be said in a gentle and professional manner. We had a lot of trust in her. My husband used to be a Realtor but he wasn't a good one. He was "too honest" to be exact. Many people have a guarded opinion of Realtors in that they are on the same level, ethically, as used car salesmen. We feel we lucked out with Gloria!!! She was none of what I mentioned.
